This multiplayer skiing game promises a fun time for winter sports enthusiasts.
This Wednesday sees a significant number of exciting titles landing on Game Pass. Flock (console via Game Pass Standard) is a co-op adventure where you and friends can gather adorable critters, adding a delightful twist to the multiplayer scene. Gigantic: Rampage Edition (cloud, console, and PC via Game Pass Ultimate and PC) is a revived MOBA free of microtransactions. I personally enjoyed it during its original run, and now it's back for a second shot.
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, a standout from 2023, joins Game Pass Standard for console players on Wednesday, alongside the charming pixel art platformer Magical Delicacy. Additionally, Tchia, a beautiful open-world adventure, will be available for Game Pass Standard members on Xbox Series X/S. It was my second favorite game of 2023, and I highly recommend it.
On January 22, The Case of the Golden Idol (Game Pass Standard on console) arrives for those who love detective work. It wasn’t quite my style, but it might be perfect for you! Later in the day, Starbound (cloud and console for both Ultimate and Standard tiers) joins the lineup, building on its success from PC Game Pass.
As we move into the end of January, Eternal Strands, an action RPG that’s generated some buzz, will make its debut on January 28, available on cloud, console, and PC via Game Pass Ultimate and PC. The tower defense game Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap will also join, but only for Series X/S players.
On January 29, Shady Part Of Me, a puzzle platformer, will arrive on cloud, PC, and console for all three Game Pass variants. The next day, Sniper Elite: Resistance, another day-one release, will hit Ultimate and PC versions of Game Pass.
Fans of RPGs will be eager to play Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector, which drops on January 30 for cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X/S via Game Pass Ultimate and PC. This highly anticipated sequel to a 2022 fan-favorite promises to captivate once again. If you haven’t played the first game yet, it’s available on PlayStation Plus’ Game Catalog for Extra and Premium members starting today.
Looking ahead to February, Far Cry New Dawn will be added to Game Pass on February 4, available across cloud, console, and PC for all three tiers.
